Select Side Team
The Women’s U-23 Select Side team is a powerhouse of Rugby in the South. Four time South Champions, we are heading towards our fifth this Fall. Coaching the side again will be Lisa O’Donnell from Naples.

Try-Out process
Tryouts will be held on October 11th at All Florida Day. Tryouts are open to all eligible players. PLease stay tuned for exact date and time information.
Eligibility Rules
Players need to be 23 or under on Jan 1st of the year they intend to play. You must also be CIPPed and in good standing with USA Rugby.

Player Advancement
LAU’s are attended by selectors from the South U-23 All-Star squad who pick their team based on performance at LAUs. That squad will travel to National All Star Championship in Pittsburg, PA, and potential selection for the Eagles National squad.
