College Recruitment Combine for Boys and Girls High School Rugby Players to be held in Ft Lauderdale January 22, 2012.

There will be an end of Combine Clinic for interested participants.  Coaches are invited to a reception at Bokampers, in Plantation.

The response has been very positive.  We encourage all coaches to support this program by encouraging your entire team to participate.  Team and individual prizes will be awarded but more importantly, college coaches from across the country will have the opportunity to look at every player and contact them directly regarding their interest in attending their university.

Pre-registered participants will be given priority starting times.  Pre register at http://www.rugbyrecruiting.com

All high school rugby players (Boys and Girls!) are encouraged to attend.  There is no cost to attend if they pre-register.  By attending, the players will get an opportunity to showcase their skills in front of collegiate coaches.  The results of the combine will be entered into a database that will be made available to college coaches nationwide.

All coaches are invited to attend and see these high school players demonstrate their abilities.  You will also get a chance to meet with the players and encourage them to join your programs.  There is no cost to attend the combine.

The Schedule has been finalized for the D3 Colleges in Florida.  The winner will compete for the South Championship March 10 for an opportunity to play for the Small College National Championship playoffs.

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year!  I hope all ruggers had a safe and fun holiday season.  We have the AGM coming up at the end of January and I really would like to have all invoices cleared before we get to the meeting so everyone can vote and we have an accurate balance for the members.  We only have a few teams on this list so please reach out to your members and your checkbook holders and get them to send me their checks.  Thanks!!
