I was hoping to have everyone paid up and cleared before the end of the year so that we could go into the AGM with a clear roster for the first time ever but that is not the case.

I sent the invoices out over a month ago and there are numerous teams still uncollected.  The deadline was December 10th and I am posting this 4 days later as there were teams that emailed me letting me know checks were in the mail.

This is the official announcement for the Winter 2009-2010 AGM. The meeting will be in Orlando on Sunday the 24th, at 11am. We are finalizing a downtown location for the meeting. Every team in the Union is required to send a representative. If we do not meet quorum, the meeting has to be postponed, so missing the meeting punishes your fellow ruggers. Please RSVP to to floridarugbyunion@gmail.com before January the 17th.
