The Bay Area Pelicans are pleased to announce the 20th Annual Gulf Coast Sevens Rugby Tournament, Florida’s oldest rugby tournament.  This year’s tournament is on Saturday July 14th at beautiful Lakewood Park in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
