COACHING COURSES
We will hold the third of the FRU/USAR coaching courses on December 11/12 in Sebastian – Indian River County
Both modules 1 & 2 – Introducing Rugby and Developing Rugby Skills will be available to aspiring coaches and those coaches whose certification from the old level 1 & 2 has expired (3 years from when you took it and that includes everyone who took the January 2007 course at Cocoa Beach if it helps!)).
For course content please look on the USAR site usarugby.org and decide which is best/most appropriate for you.
FRU’s objective still remains to have a certified coach in every club in Florida at all levels so please take advantage of this opportunity which will be the lowest cost option of any available.
The cost will be $190 which will include all materials, accommodation Saturday night , refreshments and Saturday dinner.
Start will be 9 AM Saturday and finish will be 3.30 Sunday.
Because of funds shortage, unfortunately there will be no Union rebate on completion as in previous years.
Sebastian River high school have kindly made their facility available once again to us for which manythanks.
Because of a limited number of places we will need your initial commitment by October 21 and pre-paid commitment by November 11.
