The Bay Area Pelicans are pleased to announce the 19th Annual Gulf Coast Sevens Rugby Tournament, Florida’s oldest rugby tournament. This year’s event will take place on Saturday July 10th at beautiful Lakewood Park in Saint Petersburg, Florida.
