FRU Collegiate Men’s Schedule

I apologize for the late notice, but here is the first pass at the Collegiate Florida Cup Schedule. (See attached).

Please review and advise of any conflicts errors, or omissions ASAP. 

Please be aware that the Florida Cup will determine who qualifies for the South Playoffs.  All games will count toward the league rankings.  The Super 14 scoring system will used to determine standings.  The top four teams will play in the Florida Cup Championship March 7&8.

The top ranked D1 club will qualify for the South Playoffs.  The top two D2 clubs will qualify for the South Quarter-finals to be played Mar 20.

I attempted to meet all requests by the clubs as well as even out the driving distance.  .  As shown in the schedule, some games were scheduled at a neutral location to cut down the drive time. Each team will have at least 3 true home games.

All Florida Day will be held in Tavares on Nov 17.  The collegiate All Star Camp will be held on Sunday Nov 18.

I will send out more details within the next week. The first thing we must do is finalize the schedule.

One last thing:  FIU is starting up and looking for games.  My plan is to work them in as B games for those that are short.  If you would like to play FIU, let me know and I’ll schedule it.
